The living area opens up onto a huge garden with patio area, lots of grass for the kids to play and a great outdoor entertaining area with an open fire, BBQ and dining area - perfect for an alfresco dinner in the long, hot summer months.
The town centre is an easy 5 minute drive away, as is the lake for a swim in the warmer months.
