The apartment was well equipped and very warm, kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra blankets in the wardrobe of both rooms and a washer and dryer in the garage. The man on the reception was super lovely on check in and when went back for extra powder for the dishwasher! We were located close to a busy road so there was a lot of road noise in our apartment. Our apartment definitely needed some maintenance as there was a light out in the bathroom, bathroom heater did not work, dishwasher worked but definitely needed some TLC. Vacuum didn’t work that well on the new black carpet, so the place looked pretty terrible after 6 days.

The property is in a great location and offers good facilities overall. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness—our room had not been properly cleaned, especially the floor. We were also looking forward to using the spa, but the sauna wasn't warm enough, and the gym was outdated and lacked proper equipment. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Alpine Resort Wānaka. Our 3 bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 5. Had an issue with fire but it was repaired early next day. Highly recommend

Great for families.

Nice big property and good facilities. Plenty space for us all and good kitchen. Let down by drafty single glazing and blinds that let car lights shine into bedroom. Road noise was quite loud.

We were in a bottom unit and it was noisy. The first night we had to listen to kids noisily running on the floor above us. Same thing in the morning. We could even hear the toilet flushing. The second night we had to hear a couple having sex. The unit didn’t look anything like the on-line pictures. It was dirty and beat up. The shower stall had a moldy drain, mold at the base and mold on the tile grout. The carpet was worn in places and the unit was dark. Inadequate lighting: the only lighting was bright ceiling lights. Not recommended.

I was very impressed with this property. The cleanliness and newness of the facilities were top-notch. The front office team deserves special mention for their prompt and efficient communication. They were kind enough to give us a beautiful apartment facing the mountains to mark our celebration. The place was bright, spacious, and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The views were spectacular. Reception staff were very friendly. Garage was the bonus. Highly recommended!
