Room was decent but the carpets through out the hotel are dirty. Hotel is a wee bit banged up in spots. Another check in customer took my car keys from the front desk and for 1/2 hour we were in a panic. WE didn't the complementary breakfast. Be aware the bed comes with two comforters(King bed). No top sheet. Weird if your from the states.

Good hotel near the airport but could be better

We stayed at this hotel overnight before driving to Innsbruck the next day. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to the airport and is a walking distance, but not if you are travelling with children or heavy luggage. The TV was very small and did not work. The TV could not be reset and there was no telephone to call reception. The breakfast was of good quality but the breakfast room was small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Overall this hotel was good for a one night stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. There is a Designer Outlet Mall nearby that is useful if you like shopping and there are some local eateries nearby.

The staff was very friendly at the front desk and were able to answer all of my questions. The lobby also had a free mini candy bar and water station which was nice upon arrival. They also had other small grab and go snacks for sale that would be helpful for a hungry traveler. The beds were comfortable, linens were very clean and crisp. What I didn't like was that while the linens were clean and crisp, the carpet in the room was dingy and stained. The hallway was also dark and dingy feeling. The proximity to the airport was exceptional however for flying out of Salzburg. If you are flying into Salzburg, the location may be difficult as it was difficult to secure an Uber ride since it was so close. You are better off using onsite taxi for that if you are coming into Salzburg and staying at this hotel.
