The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The night front desk was very nice, gave up a late check out. But the morning front desk, whom controlled the breakfast bar and staff was very unkind. Breakfast closed at 9:30, promptly. The front desk person comes in to remove the waffle batter first, even though 3 people who had been waiting for over 6 minutes to make their own waffles were still standing in line. He chose to pull that before anything else. Then pulled coffee next. As I sat, finishing my breakfast, drinking the last of my coffee, he came up to me and told me I would need to leave the room so he could lock up, it was 9:38. Seriously disrespectful to all guests. - I did run into the very pleasant and hands on hotel manager and complained. At first he seemed to listen and I thought that would be good enough, but by the time I finished I felt he was just ushering me to go. So I decided to share my experience, as I doubt it will change for the next person.
Room needs some replacement and updates.

The staff was great. It’s the $400 deposit policy for locals that no one was notified about until check in and also the hot water did not work in our room. My kids took cold showers. Our bedding had stains all over them. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This place I’ve stayed here many times, and the room is always clean and the amenities are clean and the extra towels are great. However, the customer service from every staff member including the owner they treat me like I am a family member. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home at a motel. Thank you all for everything you have done for me and how you have treated me with such kindness and respect. Total professionalism comes from everyone and Kelly the night I got there which was at midnight something went wrong with my credit card and they made sure I had a place and overlooked it so I could fix the issue the next morning. Amazing most would turn you away not these amazing people.. thank you all for everything.

When I got there the room wasn’t clean. There was visible residue on the table and the pillows smelt weird, parts of the sheets were stained, shower had visible residue. Housekeeping comes to my room the next day and apologizes for waking me up and says they’ll be back, they were not. When I went to the receptionist to make sure they came they next day, I watched them change my sheets and go into the bathroom, when the lady says she’s done I asked if she did the bathroom and she showed it to me. It looked exactly the same. Some of the pillows still smelt weird too. It became a habit of housekeeping to skip over my room and clean it rather poorly when they did. The ac is very loud and started making weird sounds like a door creaking after going off when I left. The walls are thin so I could hear what was going on outside pretty clearly at times. Lot of beeping from machines. When I looked up reviews this doesn’t appear to be a new problem. I’d advise staying away if you don’t want to roll a roulette wheel. Also the second to last day when housekeeping came, they threw away the cap to the essential oils bottle I was using to make the place smell better so I couldn’t keep it. :(
