House Rules – Please Read Before Booking
Our first goal is for guests to have fun and make lasting memories. To ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone, please review the following house rules.

Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM

Age Requirement:
- This property is strictly limited to guests ages 12 and over due to the depth of the pool.
- Children under 12 are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Occupancy & Visitors
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests, or up to 10 when using the sleeper sofa.
- Only registered guests plus up to 4 day visitors are permitted.
- No unauthorized guests at any time.

Pool Rules (May–September)
- Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
- All guests must be confident swimmers.
- No diving, running, or glass in or near the pool area.
- Breezeway door and pool deck gate must remain secured at all times.

Pets
- Dogs are permitted with prior approval.
- Pets must be house-trained.
- Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage, including accidents, stains, or excessive cleaning.
- All yard waste must be picked up promptly.

Noise & Gatherings
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

Damage Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including items not covered by Safely Insurance.
Please report any damage immediately so it can be addressed promptly.

Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a 4% merchant service processing fee, excluding Airbnb and Marriott reservations.
