I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this Holiday Inn.
Overnight, ALL FOUR of my car tires and rims were stolen from the hotel parking lot while my family and I were asleep. This didn’t happen on the street—it happened on hotel property.
What made this situation far worse was the hotel’s complete lack of security and total nonchalance afterward:
No patrolling security
No one actively monitoring CCTV
Front desk staff showed little urgency or empathy
No meaningful assistance or accountability offered
I was traveling with my child, which meant the ordeal of removing car seats, scrambling for transportation, paying for Uber rides, arranging a rental, and dealing with police and insurance—all while my plans were completely ruined.
Despite this happening on their premises:
I was forced to pay $500 out of pocket for my insurance deductible
I incurred additional transportation and rental-related expenses
The hotel offered nothing—no compensation, no meaningful support, no concern
At a minimum, guests should expect basic safety measures or at least a caring response when something this serious happens. Instead, I felt dismissed and left to deal with the fallout alone.
If you value your safety, your vehicle, or peace of mind—do not park here. I will never stay at this hotel again.
