9 person apartment with a beautiful view of the Edersee. Spacious apartment with 165 m2 of living space.

The apartment on the 1st Floor with a spacious layout was completely renovated in 2014 and adapted to today's living standards. They have 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a beautiful living room. The stairs to the first floor are a bit steep.
You also have access to a 800 m² garden. While you heat up the grill, the children can let off steam on the trampoline to their heart's content. You decide whether you want to be active and explore the Sauerland as a tourist, or whether you want to take your vacation leisurely and just relax.

The house is in a quiet location on what is perhaps the most beautiful lake in the Sauerland. Enjoy a wonderful view of the Edersee from your apartment. You can spend hours dreaming on the terrace on the terrace, where there is a wide range of leisure activities for everyone. So there is a boat rental, you can go swimming or fishing and much more. Explore the beautiful surroundings on the many cycling and hiking trails or simply relax on one of the café terraces by the lake. In winter, the nearby strongholds of Winterberg or Willingen are ideal for skiing. In short, a stay in our apartment offers many opportunities for a successful vacation.

Great location in Waldeck
We enjoyed a week in Waldeck and visiting the surrounding areas. The house was a perfect size for our seven family members. The stair case to get to the main floor was extremely tight, narrow, and steep. We wished we new that beforehand. Once we got all the luggage up, the house was quite nice. Bathrooms and kitchen are all updated and we loved the large open room that was the living/kitchen/dining areas. The views are amazing.

Unkomplizierter Zugang zur Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Küche gut ausgestattet. Gigantisch war der Blick auf den Edersee.

Tolle Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder waren begeistert. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche war bestens ausgerüstet. Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wunderbares Kurzwochenende in Waldeck
Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Schlüsselüber- und -abgabe war problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Überaus praktisch sind auch die zwei Waschbecken in einem Badezimmer. Es gibt einige Restaurants in Laufnähe, da ist es aber ratsam vorab einen Tisch zu reservieren. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist einmalig und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen und für die Kids zum Spielen ein. Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und haben uns, da die Wohnung auch sehr geräumig ist, sehr wohl gefühlt.

Toller Kurzurlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub mit 4 Übernachtungen. Das Wetter war herrlich und der Ausblick auf den Edersee von der Wohnung und dem Garten ist großartig. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man hat alles was man braucht. Lediglich die Kopfkissen waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart, leider haben wir erst bei der Abreise festgestellt, dass im Kleiderschrank weichere zum wechseln gewesen wären. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und unkompliziert, auf Nachfragen und Umbuchungswünsche wurde in kürzester Zeit reagiert und freundlich geantwortet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! :)

Super gemütlich mit tollem Ausblick
Es war richtig heimisch. Wir reisten mit vier Frauen und vier 1Jährigen an. Obwohl es soviele Zimmer hatte, wirkte es, aufgrund der Verwinkelung, nicht wie eine Großraumwohnung. Es war sehr gemütlich und ist auf Kinder ausgerichtet. Nur die Treppe in der oberen Wohnung ist sehr steil. Wir hatten immer Ansprechpartner vor Ort, was sehr angenehm war. Wir kommen gern wieder

Eine richtig schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung mit dem wirklich sehr beeindruckenden Blick auf den Edersee liegt sehr zentral in Waldeck, was das problemlose morgendliche Brötchen-holen und das abendliche Essen-gehen sehr leicht macht. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und jede Nachfrage wurde sehr schnell beantwortet! Wir können uns gut vorstellen diese Wohnung nochmal anzumieten!!!

Was für eine Aussicht
Verlängertes Wochenende mit dem ganzen Familienclan. Die Wohnung i jeder Hinsicht gut ausgerüstet, viele Möglichkeiten für die Freizeitgestaltung in der Umgegend. Alles tadellos. Aber am besten war diese unglaubliche Aussicht auf den Edersee.Kurz: Es hat sich gelohnt.
