Was satisfactory for the short-term stay. However, I chose to stay here due to their outdoor skyspa with a fantastic view that they have plastered all over their booking sites, but visitors beware that the spa at the corner of the building with the view is available only for their male guests. I was surprised to see that the skyspa available for the female guests were walled up on both sides with limited views. There is absolutely no notice anywhere on the sites that this was available to male guests only, and when I spoke to the employee at the front desk, they said they are well aware of this confusion. So why haven't they done anything about it yet? My visit was back in May, and I wasn't going to share this review if they have added a notice, so here it is. Stop sharing false marketing on your sites when it is not fully inclusive for all of your guests.

Has nice onsen but if you have tattoos they only allow from midnight to 4am to use it. Very discriminating against people with tattoos even if you are a foreigner.
