A ducted aircon system comes with separate room control so you stay cool in summer and warm in winter.
A new kids’ play ground opposite the house so you can still keep an eye on your little ones from home lounge when they are playing outside.
A big north-facing decking area with a large dining table caters up to 10-12 people and sun lounges is set to provide you the perfect afternoon with family and friends for a barbecue and cold brew.
A full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge produces ice that just the perfect add on.
Unlimited Wi-Fi Fibre Connection.
An outdoor hot water shower and 4 car spaces parking at the front of the house.
This house comes with two separate living and two 65inch TVs. The second living room can easily turn into a bedroom with one step folding sofa bed.
