Awesome 3 bedroom bach with great entertaining deck. Safe and fully fenced section and only a stone's throw from the beach, park/playground, shops, pub, skate park and surf club! in fact the location is pretty much perfect!

Sunny deck in the morning, shaded in the afternoon just in time for afternoon drinkies and the classic kiwi chips and dip. You can even watch the cricket in summer from the deck! Enough grass for the kids to run around on AND long concrete drive is perfect for scootering on!

FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENT: take the opportunity to take you laptop down, enjoy the fast fibre network while listening to the ocean in the background.

Special conditions:
Max occupancy is 6 persons (adults/children) plus up to 3 additional young children are permitted.
All bedrooms are generous doubles so extra toddler beds/port-a-cots can be accommodated - therefore this property can also take up to 3 extra children. Beds/cots and all bedding for the 3 extras would need to be provided by the guests. This means two families could comfortably holiday together at this beach bach. :-)

We do allow small pets by application only and there is an extra charge as we do a different clean after each pet stay.
