The room was very small. The seperate bathroom with combined toilet was awful to enter. We had to navigate around the toilet to be able to shut the door. Inside the shower recess was what appeared to be some kind of electrical housing that ran up the wall. It terrified me to shower. No chance of a sleep in either if staying more than one night as the cleaning staff in the next room chat loud as with no regard to the paid guests who may need it. I found it quite rude. Overall the room was velclean. The bedside power outlets were difficult to access if needing to use a CPAP machine to sleep. Also we advised we were arriving late, so we were given a phone number to call once we got there. The number was disconnected. It is central to the shops and the railway station which is great for a walk. rgh

Had a one night stay here. The hotel was good except the carpark is very small and tight. If I didn’t have a small car I wouldn’t have been able to park in between the two massive cars (Rams) that were parked either side. While watching the TV every 5-10 minutes it would turn off then back on again. The location is excellent to town and staff were great :)

The only shortcoming of this stay was the inadequate parking space for vehicles. I had to park in the street outside the property which was a pain in the neck.

My son and I found the property very comfortable. Loved the smell of the lobby. Staff were friendly. Close to shops and train station. Shower had grat water pressure and was nice and warm. Not often you get a motel that has amenities as good as these guys. Very clean and fresh. Looks like an old place, but is well maintained.
