Wohnen wie Ritter und Prinzessinnen

Wir kamen aus dem Erstaunen gar nicht raus - die Zimmer sind dermaßen phantasievoll eingerichtet, dass es einem leicht fällt, sich in die Rolle eines Ritters oder einer Prinzessin zu versetzen. Für die Kinder ist es Paradies pur: In jedem Schrank - schöne und spannende Kinderbücher, Spiele, Ausmalbücher; im Kinderzimmer - 3 Kisten voll mit Bauklötzen, Autos, Lego... Draußen ist ein kleiner aber feiner Spielplatz angelegt. Wir, Erwachsene, waren ebenfalls fasziniert vom wunderbaren Schlafgemach mit einem hohen und bequemen Doppelbett, dunklen, verzierten Schränken und all dem Deko. Die Küche ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet (aber mit allem, was man für eine kleine Mahlzeit braucht), dafür gibt es in der Umgebung genug Möglichkeiten, auswärts zu essen. Das Badezimmer ist auch schön, die Dusche hat sogar Massagedüsen! Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man sich mit einer Tasse Kaffee schön entspannen. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener, interessierter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Der Kontakt inkl. Einchecken verlief super. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, sowohl fußläufig als auch mit dem Fahrrad/Auto sind diverse Natur- und Kultursehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. Wir hoffen sehr, dass Herr Freiherr von Maltzahn all seine Visionen verwirklichen kann, die so viele seiner Mieter begeistern werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ein paar Mängel

Der Abfluss in der Dusche läuft extrem langsam ab. Wenn 5 Leute hintereinander duschen wollen, wird das schon kritisch. Vor der Wohnung war selbst auf einem Samstag ordentlich Lärm durch Baustelle. Das Wohnzimmer ist so dunkel, dass man selbst tagsüber dort das Licht anhaben muss.

Urlaub in der Wachstube

Wir waren im Oktober 2022 für eine Woche auf dem Rittergut und haben in der Wachstube gewohnt. Im Inserat ist nicht erwähnt, dass die Wohnung mit einer steilen Treppe über 2 Etagen geht und das das „Wohnzimmer“ innen liegend ohne Tageslichteinfall ist. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist zumindest diese Wohnung nicht geeignet. Ansonsten ist die Wachstube mit vielen Details versehen. Für uns war außerdem die Temperierung der Wohnung nicht zufriedenstellend. Ich habe Verständnis, dass bei den aktuellen Gaskosten über jedes Grad nachgedacht werden muss. Die Wohnung wird per App ferngeheizt, als Urlauber besteht keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur zu regulieren. Auch das ist bei einem Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern nicht schön, wir haben die Kinder in der Wohnung wärmer angezogen als zum Wandern. Um das Gut herum ist noch viel zu tun, das sieht man auf keinem der Bilder. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Träumen für klein und groß !

Ich bin schwer zu beeindrucken. In dem Fall hat es geklappt! Ich habe das Appartement zum 14 Geburtstag meines Sohnes gebucht. Erst hatte ich sorge das er dafür schon zu groß ist. Kein bisschen! Seine Augen und die Augen meiner 6 jährigen haben gestrahlt. Meine nicht weniger. Auch wenn ich über 40 bin.. Die Fußböden, Waffen an den Wänden,die Möbel, Fensterböden und nicht zu vergessen, zwei riesen große Kisten mit Spielzeug. Das alles läd zum Träumen ein. Für jeden ist was dabei, für groß und klein. Auch wenn es noch nicht fertig ist. Respekt für soviel Visionen und Fantasie und einen noch größeren Respekt an die Handwerker!

Schon beim Betreten der Wachstube ist man begeistert, denn die Fotos spiegeln nur einen Teil des Flairs wieder. Es ist zwar etwas hellhörig, aber alles in Allem eine tolle Einrichtung und auch für Kleinkinder wird viel geboten. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Neues Rittergut am Dorfteich

Wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in neuerbautem Rittergut. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel, die Betten sind mit guten neuen Matratzen ausgestattet und in der Küche sind Tee, Kaffee, Öl und Gewürze vorhanden. Das Rittergut liegt in der Nähe des Elbsandsteingebirges und Dresdens und bietet auch in der näheren Umgebung interessante Ziele (z.B. Stolpen). Freiherr von Maltzahn antwortet sehr schnell auf etwaige Anliegen. Also alles in allem ist ein Aufenthalt für Familien und Paare in diesem tollen Gebäudekomplex zu jeder Jahreszeit sehr zu empfehlen!

Great Experience

I was able to keep where we were staying a secret from the family. They were blown away - the decorations are done with love for detail and at the same time, there is plenty of comfort and a quality experience (e.g., nice shower, toys for small kids, tea bags, laundry detergent, ...). The kids thought staying in a castle was the coolest thing ever. Yes, there is still a crane but there was no construction going on when we were present, so no noise or other problems.

Trotz der noch nicht fertig gestellten Bauarbeiten, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war perfekt eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Empfehlung: Für die Fahrräder sollte auch eine Luftpumpe verfügbar sein. Alle unsere Ausflugsziele waren in einer!/- 3/4 h mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wirdanken dem Vermieter und erden die Fewo sicher weiter empfehlen.

Einfach relaxed

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau den Bildern, alles war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber. Das Anwesen ist noch im Bau, allerdings war es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Die Lage zur Lausitzer Seenplatte, der Bastei, Dresden und Moritzburg war für uns ideal. Unsere Vermieter waren für Fragen immer da. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie mit Hund sehr genossen und sind begeistert.

Unterkunft mit Charme

Fantastische Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung. Sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft, welche für eine Familie sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, damit konnten wir die Umgebung nicht erkunden, dafür war der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung aber sehr angenehm. Die betten sind sehr bequem und genügend Platz für alle.

Rittergut

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Umfeld war etwas chaotisch da die Bauarbeiten an den noch nicht sanierten Gebäuden noch andauerten. Wir mußten leider Coronabedingt abreisen. Nach Fertigstellung aller Bauarbeiten ( in 3-4 Jahren)würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

nette Ferienwohnung in interessantem Ambiente

Gut und mit viel Liebe zu Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Umgebung selbst ist leider eher vergleichbar mit einer Baustelle. Das stört aber nicht, es fanden keine oder nicht merkbare Arbeiten statt. Gut auch für Hundebesitzer, da es sich um ein sehr großes wildes Grundstück handelt. Der wirklich einzige Nachteil war der fehlende Internetzugang. Es gab zwar ein funktionierendes WLAN, aber das kam nicht raus ins Internet (mit 4 verschiedenen Geräten probiert). Auch der Vermieter konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Also ideal um in burgartiger Atmosphäre zu entspannen und als Startpunkt für Touren in der sächsischen Schweiz. Wenn die Anlage fertig ist, steigt sicher der Preis....

Mittelalter zum Staunen

Wir waren leider wegen Durchreise nur für eine Nacht in der Wachstube.Die Wohnung sowie das Haus ,in ruhiger Lage,haben uns mit den vielen geschmackvollen Details begeistert. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Bei Umgebung haben wir wegen der Baustelle 4 Sterne gegeben, würden und werden es aber trotzdem jedem weiterempfehlen!!
