Beautiful and luxurious, great view and great location

We stayed at Villa Maja for a week, sharing the villa with our friends. We were 8 in total. We had a wonderful time, the house is new with a lot of thoughtful details and beautiful selected materials. The view is excellent, you can see the ocean and the picturesque village. The road runs just below the house but we were never bothered with noise or anything. The marina is just 5 minute walk away which is great for going to the beach or out to dinner. Toni and his family and even cleaning staff did their best to make us feel welcome and helped out with both traffic advice and wonderful restaurants. Thanks for a great week! BR Mette and family

Beautiful modern villa with a great pool

The Villa Maja is a beautiful villa, very well equipped, very clean , with a modern look. The The swimming pool is also very beautiful , the garden really nice. There`s enough place for a whole family, to make barbecue , sit on the terrace etc. The Village Vrsar is really nice, many great restaurants and a perfect Marina. We will come back in august to Villa Maja - it´s great there!

Wir waren zu sechst Mitte Juni für eine Woche in dieser herrlichen Villa bei Vrsar. Top-Zustand, Top-Ausstattung (jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, Klimaanlage und automatischen Rollläden, sauberer Infinity-Pool, 1A-Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, Grill-Ecke, wunderbare, sonnige Terrasse, WLAN) und toller Blick auf die Altstadt - es gibt über diese offensichtlich noch sehr neue Villa nichts Negatives zu sagen. Positiv zu vermerken ist auch der freundlichen Vermieter, der uns am ersten Tag alles sehr nett erklärt hat. Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß etwa zehn Minuten, wer eine einsame Bucht sucht, geht etwas länger. Das Wasser wunderschön klar, die Küste felsig, aber es gibt auch Schotterstrände. Im Juni waren noch nicht sehr viele Touristen. Im Hafen und in der Altstadt, die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, gibt es ausreichend Lokale und Bars. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch ein Taxi-Boot-Trip nach Rovinj - man fährt direkt von Marina zu Marina und ist nur etwa 20 Minuten unterwegs. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einer außergewöhnlichen Unterkunft.
