***THE MAIN FLOOR is located on the ground level of Rosata. This is a completely private space designed for a maximum of 2 guests,

***THE MAIN FLOOR – DETAILS
The Main Floor of Rosata is centered around a generous courtyard terrace and a refreshing 40-foot infinity pool, creating the heart of the home.
A covered outdoor dining area provides welcome shade and comfortable temperatures throughout the day and into the evening.
Once the main entrance door is closed, Rosata is completely sheltered from the outside offering a wonderful sense of security and seclusion.
LIVING AREA & KITCHEN
On the right-hand side of the courtyard is the main living space, designed in a distinctive open loft style.
Large sliding doors and expansive windows flood the interior with natural light while framing uninterrupted panoramic ocean views. The open design also allows the refreshing trade winds to flow naturally through the villa.
The spacious living area seamlessly combines a comfortable lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. Modern appliances and a wide selection of cookware make it ideal for guests who enjoy preparing their own meals.
PANTRY
Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate pantry with a washing machine and ample storage space for groceries and other essentials.
BEDROOM SUITE
The master bedroom suite is located on the left-hand side of the terrace and opens directly onto the outdoor living area.
This spacious and inviting room features a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a mosquito net. It also includes a separate walk-in dressing room and a modern en-suite bathroom.
From the comfort of your bed, you can wake up to beautiful ocean views.

Access to the SECOND FLOOR GALLERY of Rosata which is architecturally connected to the main floor, is not included in this rental. The gallery will never be occupied or visited by anyone else during your stay. Please refer to the photos for a better understanding of the layout.

***LOCATION of VILLA ROSATA
Rosata is set amidst the lush hillsides of Bequia's northern Spring Estate, where it offers breathtaking panoramic views and an immersive connection with nature.
The Spring neighborhood is a safe and prestigious residential area, home to private villas surrounded by forested hills. For guests who enjoy walking, hiking, or jogging, it is an ideal location.
Bequia's main harbor town, Port Elizabeth, as well as the island's beautiful leeward beaches with their lively bars and restaurants, are only a 10–20 minute drive away.
***Nothing on Bequia is truly far away. Distances take a little longer to cover because the island's roads are simple and driving speeds are naturally slow. It's all part of the island charm : ).

2 *** Longterm Rentals/fees can be arranged for Villa Rosata.
3***The kitchen faucet at the main floor currently provides cold water only. We'll supply a washing-up bowl so you can easily mix in hot water from the kettle when washing dishes.
The refrigerator light does not always switch on when the door is opened.
These inconveniences are reflected in our rental rates.

*** HOW TO GET TO BEQUIA?
The best way to get to Bequia is by taking a direct flight to St. Vincent - Argyle Airport (SVD).
St. Vincent's airport allows direct international flights, followed by a 40-60 minutes ferry ride to Bequia.

Alternatively, Bequia can be reached via the international gateway airport of Barbados, followed by an inter-island flight connection to St. Vincent (with Inter Caribbean Airlines) or directly to Bequia (with SVG Air).

***Driving Directions to Villa Rosata:
Starting point is downtown Port Elizabeth/Ferry dock. From there you need to take the main road that leads you out of town towards the area Spring Estate. Leave town and drive about 1 mile. Then turn left into "Pea Patch Road". This road leads you up a hill. Go all the way up...
Once you're at the top, keep driving straight for another 200 meters - there will be 2 options to turn right. Take the second one called "Sunrise Place". Follow the road to the bottom/end (200m) where you'll see Rosata on the lefthand side.
