Other points to highlight: We are proud of our home and the items within it. If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let us know so that we can replace it if possible. A few other important points (and we apologize if any of this sounds harsh, but please remember that we love this home and also live in it as a family with children): Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. We would have to remove the smoke odor from the premises; any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $2,000, plus the costs incurred for odor removal. We do not allow parties or groups larger than the number of guests for whom you originally booked the reservation. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without any refund, as well as a fine for damages.
