Garica: Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Paesana Heritage House", 2 storeys, built in 1912, renovated in 2018. 6.5 km from the centre of Vrbnik, 11 km from the centre of Malinska, 11 km from the centre of Krk, 6.3 km from the sea, 6.7 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 600 m2, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 250 m, supermarket 8.5 km, restaurant 5.7 km, bus stop 6.3 km, pebble beach 6.7 km, concrete beach 6.7 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 24 km from the property.
