In small and quiet village Garica on the island of Krk with a perfect location for those who want to spend their vacation surrounded by nature sounds, lies this beautiful vacation home. On the first floor is a large living room with kitchen and dining room, which has an exit to the nicely furnished garden. The outdoor pool offers refreshment during the warm summer days. On the top floor there are bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has the exit to the terrace, which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and the sea a few kilometers away. On this terrace during the pleasant summer evenings you are surrounded only by the sounds and scents from nature. In the bedrooms and bathroom in the attic, the lowest ceiling height is 100 cm. The cottage is ideal for a family with children. The nearest beaches and tourist towns such as Baska, Malinska and Krk, are easily accessible by car.

Ein kleines Fleckchen Paradies

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Dackel verlebten eine tolle und unvergessliche Woche in diesem wunderschönen Natursteinhaus. Schon der freundliche und sehr warme Empfang am Anreisetag durch die Eigentümerin war richtungsweisend. Mit einer Flasche Wein und extra für uns gekühltem Wasser, wurden wir von ihr mit offenen Armen empfangen. Bei einem gemeinsamen Hausdurchgang wurde uns alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Alles war ordentlich, schön und sehr sauber hergerichtet worden. Selbst das Geschirr in der hintersten Ecke war frisch gespült. Auf dem Wohnzimmertisch lag eine Mappe mit allen benötigten Daten und Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung aus. Die Außenanlage um das Haus ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Hier findet man neben Pflanzen, Blumen und einem Feigenbaum eine gemütliche Terrasse mit Ess- und einem kleinen Kochbereich. Ein komplett ausgestatteter Holzkohle-Kugelgrill steht für Grillabende bereit. Der gepflegte Poolbereich mit den Sonnenliegen auf zwei Ebenen und einer Aussendusche ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Auf dem den ganzen Anwesen gibt es kleine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, um das Jetzt und Hier in aller Ruhe zu genießen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in dem kleinen sehr ruhigen Ort Garica. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Mitte der Insel, ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten entweder an traumhaften Badebuchten mit kristallklaren Wasser oder an diversen Einkaufszentren.

Schönes Haus mit Pool

Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Pool gepflegt. Das Haus liegt mitten auf der Insel, insofern zentral gelegen und jede Seite der Insel gut erreichbar. Schade ist, dass as im Ort außer einem Mini-Supermarkt nichts gibt. Kein Restaurant, keine Bar, nichts. D.h. man muss immer fahren. Dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein.
