Needs help.

Check in was easy. The facility has not had any (that I can tell) routine maintenance and cleaning. The toilet seat was broken. Hair ( not ours) on the bathroom floor. Drebris from the previous guest u see the bed.

Charmant mais à moderniser !

L'hôtel est très bien, les chambres un peu dans leur jus. Les prises électriques sont un peu vieilles et l'on n'est pas trop rassuré par l'installation électrique dans son ensemble mais ça pourrait être pire. Une seule vieille fenêtre, aération quasi nulle. La chambre sent donc le renfermé très vite. Literie ok. Télé ancienne et 4 chaînes seulement.

Chambres très viellotte, la salle de bain a certainement plus de 50 ans. La rénovation des chambres aurait été la bienvenue avant la rénovation de l'entrée de l'hôtel

Just across from the rail station where we arrived from Oslo and the starting point of our Norway in a nutshell tour, so perfect location for us. Also enough restaurant options across the road and along the main bit of the town including gift shops. Staff are welcoming and pleasant. Room was lovely and spacious with the most gorgeous view of the lake and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The bathroom was looking a little tired and could do with modernising i.e grouting looking a bit grey/black in places, but everywhere was clean. Nice buffet breakfast with good selection of options.

At check in, the room I was given had not been cleaned. Went back to the desk and got a different room. Elevator didn't work properly for the third floor. Only for 2 and 4. Very average rooms. Stay only if you have no other choices.

Bathroom is dangerous, floor is slippery due to showers area isn’t sealed. the bathroom door has an elevated bar that people can easily got tripped on, and that is what happened to us.

The room was a good size and the breakfast was good. The room decor was getting tired. I got two automatic emails through Expedia offering packed lunch but I got no response about contents and cost when I twice messaged the hotel asking fkr more information. Reception desk was deserted when we arrived for checking and other guests had spent 10 minutes searching the hotel trying to find someone.
