Thanks to the convenient motorway connection, you can easily reach Regensburg, Nuremberg, Pilsen, and Prague. Rozvadov is just a 15-minute drive via the A6 motorway.



The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance, carport, and terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room with TV, comfortable seating, and a corner bench for games or relaxing evenings, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a storage room. Coffee, tea, sugar, and spices are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.



From the living room, you have access to the large terrace with a lovely garden and views of the forest. The terrace faces south and comes with garden furniture, seat cushions, and a sun umbrella.



A playground for children is 150 m away. You can explore the beautiful nature along the "Alte Heeresstraße" on foot or by bike. Many hiking trails start directly from the apartment. The "Nördlicher Oberpfälzer Wald" nature park offers many hiking and cycling routes. Your host will provide more information via the booking platform.



Important: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only on the terrace. Parties or group events are not permitted. The carport is at your disposal. Please note there are no child safety features in the apartment.
