Villa Tedi is a cozy house with a garden and a pool situated only a short drive away from Pula, the largest city in Istria.
We are near the town of Pula (10 km), where you can see the story at every step - more than 3000 years. It is a tourist destination and rich cultural and an ideal city for young people and families.
The interior of the house gives a sense of being at home with everything needed for a comfortable holiday, such as wireless Internet, satellite TV, air condition, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an outdoor shower and so on. The capacity of the house is 8 people; it is family- friendly as it provides a baby cot, a baby high- chair and has a playground. The exterior offers two terraces, a pool with lounge chairs and a green garden with olive trees – a plant with a long tradition in Istrian peninsula.
Our house is situated in a quiet environment with olive trees, meadows and vineyards, and is especially suitable for two families with children.

Ein Traum.....
Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub sucht, ist in der Villa Tedi genau richtig. Trotz der ländlichen Lage sind die Städte Pula und Fazana in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Villa ist modern und sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Der große Garten bietet durch die Olivenbäume viele schattige Plätze. Auch der Pool lädt zum toben und relaxen ein. Nicht zu vergessen, die lieben Vermieter. Wir haben selten so liebenswerte und gastfreundliche Vermieter erlebt. Sofort und jederzeit würden wir unseren Urlaub wieder in der Villa Tedi verbringen. Vielen Dank an Daniele und Familie für den schönen Aufenthalt.....Liebe Grüße Simone, Tobias, Simon, Oma und Opa

(Fast) alles perfekt
Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt und der Senior läuft mehrmals täglich durch den Garten oder an der Mauer entlang zu seinem Schuppen, der auf dem Grundstück des Ferienhauses liegt, was unsere Hunde nicht so toll fanden......Haus ist sehr sauber, ALLES vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, und WENN der Garten wirklich ALLEIN nutzbar und eingezäunt wäre, würde ich JEDES JAHR wieder in die schöne Villa Tedi fahren:):)

Sehr gerne wieder
Hallo zusammen.
Wir sind mit 3 Pesonen am 06.07.2021 angereist und sind bis 23.07.2021 geblieben. Ehrlich gesagt etwas zu früh(09:00 Morgens), die Familie Leonardelli war noch dabei das Haus herzurichten aber wir wurden herzlich empfangen, haben etwa noch halbe Stunde bei kalten Getränken gewartet und dann war es soweit.
Wir möchte nicht in allen details beschreiben was uns gefallen hat, das würde zu viel Zeit einnehmem deshalb in kürze gefasst:
Es ist ein wunderschönes, sauberes, und mit sehr viel Platz ausgestattetes Haus.
Alles war sehr sauber und obwohl wir nur mit drei Pesonen angereist sind wurden alle Schlafzimmer und das sind 4 an der Zahl, mit Bettwäsche ausgestattet.
Badetücher und Handtücher waren mehr als genug vor Ort und ich denke wenn es zu wenig wäre hätte die Familie Leonardelli sehr schnell dafür gesorgt das es genügeng da wären.
Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Jetzt zur Familie Leonardelli.
Es ist eine Familie die mit drei Generationen in einem grossem Haus neben dem Ferienhaus wohnen.
Alle sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Und obwohl sie direkt nebenan wohnen merkt man kaum Ihre anwesenheid.
Man wird zwischendurch immer wieder mit kleinen aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt, sei es selbsgebackenes, frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten, eigenes Olivenöl und Wein.
Das Haus als solches liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage, so das man für sich alleine ist und die Ruhe geniessen kann.
Der Pool ist das Sahnehäubchen, wird jeden Tag gereinigt und wir haben einiger Stunden drinnen verbracht.
In ganzen und großem war das ein wunderschönes Urlaub den wir da verbracht haben und würden jedem empfehlen der mit den gedanken spielt nach Istrien zu fahren, Haus Tedi ins Auge zu fassen.
Noch mal vielen Dank für alles an Familie Leonardelli.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

TOPP 2 Wochen Urlaub in Villa Tedi
Wir waren für 2 Wochen in Villa Tedi. Tamara und Daniele waren super Gastgeber und die Villa hält, was sie auf den Fotos verspricht. Wir waren 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern, da kam die gute Hausaufteilung (Elternschlafzimmer, Kinderschlafzimmer und Bad pro Familie) uns sehr gelegen. Die Villa ist inmitten eines Olivenhains, ausser dem Haus der Gastgeber, welches gut abgetrennt ist, hat man ansonsten seine Privatsphäre. Dazu kamen frischen Tomaten und Kartoffeln, Fisch und Gebäck als auch ein gemeinsamer BBQ Abend. Strände sind nah dabei (10min Autofahrt), sehenswerte Städte in Istrien sind in 30-40 min zu erreichen (Rovinj, Porec). In Summe ein super Urlaub, nur leider zu kurz.
