Villa Vista Mar is a holiday home located in the small village of Vranje Selo, in the immediate vicinity of the picturesque Istrian village of Vizinada, just a 20-minute drive from Porec. The tourist resort of Lanterna, known for its beautiful pebble and rocky beaches, is only 17 km away. There are several wine and olive roads nearby, as well as several famous wineries.

The house is located on a partially fenced plot of 300 m² with an infinity pool, from which there is a beautiful panoramic view of the greenery and the sea in the distance. There are sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening with a glass of good wine. The villa has several covered parking spaces and a children's playground. The owner is available at any time because he lives nearby.


Villa Vista Mar for 6 persons on 110 m² of ground floor space is ideal for families with children. It consists of a spacious living room with access to the terrace and a sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
