It’s not soundproof and you can hear the people in the room next to yours. The noise that came from outside is annoying too

The Hotel overall is good, however, the cleaning ladies miss a lot of things on the rooms, like shampoo. Breaskfast was amazing. At afternoon they offer coffe and cake and canjiquinha, but they don't add some juice or milk, since not everybody drink coffee.

Good hotel good food and location

Great hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot variety of cakes , pies hot and cold stuffs. Location was good, close to Itaparica Beach and bus stop. Vila Velha it's a beautiful city.

Pitiful hotel away from everything

Half a block from the beach, far away from everything else. Inept, inefficient staff, uninterested in the clients. Took two days to come to fix the TV. "Superior" room is a small room with a small balcony overlooking buildings. "Standard" room is the same without the useless balcony. Breakfast is adequate.

O Hotel é muito bom, confortável, limpo e os funcionários são educados e atenciosos. A localização é ótima e o café da manhã muito bom! Excelente atendimento na recepção. Muito atenciosos e simpáticos os funcionários do serviço de quarto e da recepção. Sempre alegres e prestativos. O chuveiro é maravilhoso. As toalhas são boas e macias. Localização do hotel não é na avenida da praia e sim rua na lateral. No anúncio dá para entender que tem serviço de guarda-sol e toalha de praia a vontade , porém é pago a parte. A praia px ao hotel as ondas são fortes e não recomendo para banho.
