Awesome location

We loved the little studio. The location was phenomenal. Everything was clean and stocked. My only complaint was the group of 4-5 homeless that liked to hang out just outside the gate on the benches and in front on the complex on the beach. Although they seemed harmless, they still made us feel a little uncomfortable. They had a huge argument one day and a few times they came into the courtyard and used the hose and chairs up front. I would have given 5 stars all the way around otherwise.
