With five bedrooms and three and a half baths, this comfortable beach home accommodates up to twelve guests making it the perfect family getaway.
The first level offers a spacious family room with flat screen TV, wet bar with full size refrigerator, and a full bath. There is also an attached garage area equipped with Ping Pong and Foosball and a mini fridge, with easy access to the expansive back yard offering plenty of opportunities to fish or crab from the Dock. You can also rinse off in the outdoor shower!
The second level offers a great room with TV, well stocked kitchen perfect for preparing family meals, a dining room, a half bath. and a King Primary Suite complete with a soaking tub & shower. On the bayside is a spacious Sunroom perfect for enjoying spectacular Sandbridge Sunsets. There is also a large west facing deck which is the perfect spot for your cup of Morning Joe!
The third level has a loft sitting room overlooking the family room below and offers views of Back Bay. You will also find, 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath on this level. One Bedroom has a King size bed, Two have Queen size beds and the third has a full size bed and a Twin over Twin Bunkset.
