Home on a Virgin, Utah plateau, minutes to Zion National Park with panoramic views from windows, backyard and balcony. Featuring 180 degree, breathtaking view of sunrises over Zion's skyline and magnificent sunset views from the front.

This home provides 3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunks (sleeps 4), and 2 baths. Open concept area with large living room, kitchen and dining room with amazing views that are always changing. There is a whole house water filter, reverse osmosis system and a water softener. Large driveway with space for 6 cars. Bonus game room for Dominos, Monopoly, or whatever activities your family enjoys!

Large covered balcony area, giant windows with views galore. Privacy guaranteed with contactless entrance. The host/owner, lives downstairs with separate entry and is available to help if needed.

There will be six days next year where there are no entrance fees for Bryce Canyon, Zion, or any other park in the National Park Service system.

Truly “The View” house
The house was clean with plenty of space for my family of four. We could have been comfortable with another family of four traveling with us. The location was great and close to anything we needed. Not too far from Zion or the town of Hurricane for groceries. The owner was thoughtful and had a welcome gift, coffee, water bottles, and other things that made the trip easier. I would stay here again if we return to the area.

Perfect!
Our stay here was PERFECT! From beginning to end, this stay was everything we wanted and needed. The house was very clean and felt like being at home. Its location was nice to be close to amenities but out of the hustle of town. We couldn’t have asked for anything else for our stay! Rent this place and you won’t regret it for a second!!

Our stay in Virgin was fantastic. The home was so well appointed and located and was perfect for our time with family to go explore Zion as well as 4-wheeling in Sand Hollow. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing views, great location & beautiful home!!
My family and I absolutely loved staying at this home. The location was awesome as well as the views. We arrived Christmas Eve 2023. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare Christmas dinner. The owner is very generous, he provided many things that I have not seen in other VRBO’s. There were plenty of paper products, coffee, spices, bottled water, toiletries, etc. Very thoughtful!! I have never seen this in all the years I have been renting vacation homes. Normally, it’s a couple K cups and a roll of TP & paper towels. But not at this house it was above and beyond. I had several questions for the owner. He was very responsive. I really appreciated all the advice and tips he provided. I was also pleasantly surprised at how clean this house is. I plugged my phone in behind the nightstand, and there wasn’t a speck of dust on the baseboard. Every inch of the house was clean. I highly recommend renting this property. It was so quiet and peaceful as well as all the other other things I mentioned. It truly was an amazing vacation. Thank you so much for all the hospitality!!

All the comforts of home!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location was perfect- close to everything, but just outside the commotion for a peaceful stay. The views from every room in the house were incredible. The house was spotless and organized and completely stocked with anything you could ever need. We never noticed the owner living in the basement outside of him turning on the outdoor lights for our late arrival- which was so appreciated. Everything was perfect!

Fun week in Utah
My friend and I were in UT for a CME in Springdale. We decided to stay at the house instead of booking suites at the hotel were the conference was being held. We brought our spouses and our adult daughter. The Zion entrance is an easy 15-20 minute drive from the property. The house is amazing! It was clean/spotless. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals in the evenings. There was plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets available. The property owner does live in the basement, so I think that is something that should be disclosed up from, but it was not a problem. This property is outstanding. I would recommend it 100%

Amazing Home!
I stayed with four other friends to explore Zion and Bryce. The communication ahead of time was amazing, the checkin process was accommodating to our needs and the home was beautiful and comfy! Everything was more than expected! We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back!

October at Zion
This was a great location for all of our Zion hikes. Also good for a day trip to Bryce Canyon. The house had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and even little extras you would not expect. Will definitely stay here again if we go back.
