Huge rooms. Great location near the beautiful gardens and Gedaminas Tower. Great reception staff. This was a lovely chilled stay and a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. Can’t fault a thing. Thank you so much.

The only thing that let the Vilnia was the breakfast. 1. No fresh chopped fruit for adding to the cereal or to have with yoghurt . The scrambled and fried eggs looked like they were placed at beginning of service as opposed to routinely replenished. Continental breakfast fast pastry items limited.

Had great reviews which i can understand. We arrived at midnight and guven a junior suite but not the city view we booked. Reception told us to sort the next morning as they had nothing available. In the morning we were offered a superior room less than the J suite but it was lighter so we took it. No apology or compensation for the inconvenience or down grade. Also jn the room move i lost a toiletry bag which i didnt notice till end of stay but it was was not found. Very dissapointing. Breakfast was average and a little dhort on space. The rooms were nicely decorated especially bathroom tiles. All in great condition. Its also a brilliant location for old town the gardens and art district.

WHAT?? NO ICE?? reception said ice is only available when the bar is open. It does not open until 730pm. We left, at 7pm for a tour and came back at ten, and the bar was still not open. She said closed because no one was there. STILL NO ICE! Beautiful hotel and a great location.

Great Hotel for Vilnius Old Town

Great hotel in an ideal location, on the edge of Vilnius' old town but also facing some beautiful greenery towards the Three Crosses monument (which is visible from most rooms). We paid a little more for rooms with balconies, which was a great added bonus. The rooms were spacious and modern, although bathrooms could have benefitted from a walk-in shower and better ventilation - but these are minor issues!

Vilnius is beautiful — but it’s even better when you wake up in the right place. Like Hotel Vilnia: a historic building on the outside, but sleek and modern inside, with all the comfort you could wish for. The service is flawless — from the warm welcome at reception to the view from your window. And if your room, like ours, has a balcony? Forget the TV — just sit back and let the city entertain you. Oh, and the breakfasts? Delicious, varied, and worth waking up for — even if you’re not a morning person.
