Host rented to someone else.

The host never got back to me everytime a emailed her. I call her the the previous day to my check in and she said that by mistake she booked her place twice. I was left with no place to stay. I called VRBO to get some help. I was hanged up 3 times after talking to them for more than twenty s minutes. Up to this point I have not received credit for what I was charged.
