Elegant independent villa on a single level consisting of two master bedrooms, double bedroom, two bathrooms. Living room with kitchenette, lounge that can become a double bedroom if needed. Habitable panoramic terrace. Large 800 sqm garden partly with green lawn, double equipped veranda, barbecue, sea and harbor views, only 300 m from the beach. Timiama beach approximately 700 m away. Equipped with air conditioning and digital TV, also equipped with a parking space, suitable for only one vehicle, reserved.

The urban center of Villasimius is 1.5 - 2 km away with its shops, services, banks, post office, medical clinic, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. However, about 800 m away is the first supermarket of the Spiaggia del Riso Campground, where you can also find a bar, restaurant, self-service, pizzeria and a newsstand.

There is also the possibility of renting an American coffee machine, water kettle, and upon request it is possible to arrange babysitting and mid-week cleaning for a fee.

Das Haus liegt fußläufig in Strandnähe,was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.Auch der große Terassenbereich war ideal,um abends lange draußen zu sitzen.Lediglich das Mobiliar könnte mal erneuert werden,ansonsten gab es an dem Haus nichts zu aussetzen

Super Service, die Kommunikation ist auch auf Deutsche möglich. Das Haus liegt 15 min vom Strand entfernt, gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gemütlich und ruhig gelegen.
