Private: large garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Motor access to 150 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Public parking 150 m. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 3 km, sandy beach "Is Traias" 350 m. Marina 4.7 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km.
