Beautiful rural house located in Villamartín, on the "Molino el Vado" estate, a historic estate where the municipality's electricity was once produced. Currently there are still two water dams, La Zúa Chica and La Zúa Grande, where in the reservoirs they form, even the most adventurous enjoy a swim in the river. The farm is completely isolated, with parking and is accessed by a road about 2km from Villamartín.

It is a house with a rustic style and completely renovated. It has cozy facilities, ideal for families and gatherings of friends where they can spend an unforgettable and relaxed vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our house you can enjoy the sun, the countryside and all the wonders that the Sierra de Cádiz offers us.

The rural house is rented as complete accommodation and has capacity for 12 people. It consists of a living room of about 60m2 with comfortable sofas and a dining table. The fireplace has a built-in oven where you can make delicious meals. The beds are distributed, one in a double room, 4 in another with 2 bunk beds, another two people in a bedroom with two single beds together and 4 in another bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed. In each room we will find a wardrobe and independent heating. It has 3 complete bathrooms with shower and a toilet in the pool. The kitchen is completely equipped.

All the rooms are on the ground floor except for the bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower, which is on the upper floor.

It has a 9x5m pool of saline water (salt chlorinator), with the outer edge paved with non-slip tiles and with a step inside where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful views that the countryside offers us.
Outside the house you can enjoy a garden area with hammocks for sunbathing and outdoor sofas where you can enjoy long evenings. It has an outdoor table and barbecue.

On the farm you can walk along the river, drink at the spring of La Fuente del Chaparral and visit the Zúa Grande and the Zúa Chica. In the surroundings you can carry out different activities:

Land. Paintball, mountain biking (we recommend the Vía Verde), hiking (you can enjoy the rich landscape, plants and fauna offered by the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, the Pinsapar, the Majaceite river, El Torreón,...), climbing, canyoning, caving, 30m bungee jumping, horseback riding and riding lessons, ornithological, fauna and archaeological routes (Dolmen de Alverite, Acinipo site, Pajarete Tower, Roman road...) golf, shooting range (recommended its restaurant and the beauty of the place and its views), gastronomic routes and visits to the cheese factory, wine tourism,…

Water. Fishing, canoeing, sailing and kayaking in Arcos or Zahara de la Sierra.

Air. Hang gliding, paragliding, ultralight, skydiving, just a few minutes from the places where you can do these activities and just 2 km from the aerodrome.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a person who will explain the basic uses of it.
