Townhouse 350 meters from the sea with private parking spaces in a 500 sqm enclosed courtyard in front Composition The two-level home consists on the ground floor of two furnished verandas, entrance, living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, in the hallway on the ground floor and on the first floor there are air conditioning splits that cool the entire floor, on the second level accessible through a safe spiral staircase another complete bathroom with shower, 1 twin room that can be converted into a double plus a panoramic terrace.
