El servicio en general fue bueno, pero tocó la mala suerte que llegó a hospedarse un equipo infantil de beisbol; los niños se la pasaban corriendo, gritando y pateando puertas en la noche, y algunos adultos se pusieron a hablar por teléfono con voz muy fuerte a fuera de nuestro cuarto después de media noche. A pesar que se pidió en recepción que hicieran algo al respecto no se hizo nada y lo único que nos comentaron fue que los niños son responsabilidad de sus papás. Entiendo que es una situación difícil de manejar, pero hubiera esperado algo más del personal del hotel.

llegamos en la noche y la que nos hizo en check-inn, no sabia nada de información de lugares alrededor, pero la de la mañana si muy amable cuando le hicimos una queja de que la regadera estaba sucia inmediatamente limpiaron, pero en general bien.
