Check-out Hours:No later than 11:00.
Maintenance and Cleaning:Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was found. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy, and guests must take out the garbage (it CANNOT be leftin the apartment).

Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.
