We enjoyed our stay at this quiet apartment with terrace that had a lovely view of the sea. We use Vrbo when traveling because we cook in for health reasons. The kitchen was minimally equipped but we made do. There was a beach in walking distance, but not much else nearby. Off street parking was a plus. The host was very nice in our communication.

Spectacular Vacation

The location of the flat was ideal for exploring the island. Pingo Doce, a very large supermarket, was a two minute drive. Mariana was very responsive and helpful. She was very kind and had many suggestions to help make our vacation a spectacular experience. There are many excellent restaurants on the island but having the ability to cook and enjoy our meals on the very spacious balcony made the vacation extra special. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est superbe, vue sur mer et grand calme..très apaisant. Schöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Terrasse

Tolle Wohnung mit einer wunderbaren Terrasse, Kommunikation mit der in der Nachbarwohnung lebenden Vermieterin war einfach und unkompliziert. Für uns war es kein Problem, aber es ist zu bedenken, dass die Wohnung Nr ein Schlafzimmer hat, das andere Bett ist de facto im Wohnzimmer. Die Lage war toll um alles auf der Insel zu erreichen, der große Supermarkt ist in knapp 15min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes auf den Azoren in der Wohnung rundherum wohlgefühlt. Sie ist sehr schön und geräumig, die Dachterrasse ist ein absoluter Traum. Hier kann man wunderbar Frühstücken oder zu Abend essen. Eingerichtet ist die Wohnung sehr durchdacht und praktisch und mit dem Aufzug mühelos erreichbar. Für Ausflüge auf der Insel ist die zentrale Lage ideal.

Ein schöner Urlaub - zu schnell vorbei

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Durch die Lage zwischen Aqua de Alto und Vila Franca ist keine Hektik vorhanden. zum lokalen Strand ist es nicht weit. Auch der Pool ist gut. Darüber hinaus ist Mariana eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Trotz 14 Tage Urlaub wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg - wir übrigens auch nicht :-)

wonderful view and quiet place

We enjoyed our winter holiday at this wonderful bright apartment. The view is amazing either in the front through the big windows of the terrace or to the back and looking up the mountains. On sunny days we just enjoyed sitting on the terrace playing scrabble and looking at the fascinating scenery in front of us. On rainy days we enjoyed the view from the living room or the bedroom.The sky changes fast and with the sky so the colours of this nice island, and it was fun looking at the big waves hitting the little crater island in front of us and hoping to see a whale. 10 Minutes by foot you´ll find a beautiful stone beach. Mariana is a pleasant host.

A beautiful accommodation with a stunning view on the ocean

Very nice flat with fully equipped kitchen (stove, coffee maker, microwave, etc.). Washing machine and tumble dryer combination (was very useful). A rental car is useful for trips and you can use a parking space in the backyard. Its about 30 minutes to Ponta Delgada or Furnas and less than an hour to Sete Cidades by car, so the accommodation has a perfect location to spend your holiday on São Miguel. There are not much restaurants, cafès, supermarkets etc near by, but you can have a walk to Vila Franca do Campo (15-30 minutes) and find all of these there. On top of that there is a wonderful beach near by (less than 15 minutes by foot). And you could use the pool next to the building as well. But maybe the best thing is the wonderful roof terrace with an amaxing view on the ocean and to Islet de Vila Franca.We really enjoyed our stay.
