Recent villa of 110m² with swimming pool on the heights of Vieux Habitants between sea and forest.
Ventilated by the trade winds, this villa is located in a quiet residential area. The unique view of the Caribbean Sea will allow you to appreciate the magnificent sunsets.
The villa is a short drive from the beaches as well as a popular site for anglers. You will be close to the Cousteau reserve, the national park and the Soufriere.

Well equipped villa for maximum comfort.
We offer 3 rooms with door and bed mosquito nets:
- "Caribbean room with sea view", air-conditioned: 1 bed of 160x200, en-suite bathroom with
Italian shower, toilet, fan and wardrobe
- "Parrot" room, air-conditioned: 1 bed of 140x190, fan and wardrobe
- "Bananier" room, air-conditioned: 2 twin beds of 80x200 with fan and wardrobe
For the common areas:
- 1 shared bathroom with Italian shower

Staying in Guadeloupe for many years, we have personalized the house without excess of the colorful atmosphere of the island. In each room paintings made by my wife, a painter, testify to this light that we particularly appreciate.
We have taken care around the house to decorate the exotic plantation garden. This attracts a small fauna that will accompany you throughout your stay

Beware of the time difference: 6 hours in summer, 5 hours in winter (noon in Paris = 6 > am or 7 am in Guadeloupe).

Une tres belle villa antillaise, toute en simplicité. Tres bien décorée et agencée. Bravo a la peintre ! Les toiles sont tres belles.Une vue a 160 degres sur l'oceanDes couchers de soleils a couper le souffle !Le jardin est tres bien arboré et fleuri. Ce qui nous a permis davoir la visite de colibris tous les jours.Arrivés de nuit, le concierge nous a attendu, il avait dressé la table et prevu quelques courses que nous lui avions demandées.Il a repondu a mes questions tout au long du sejour. Que ce soit pour trouver un contact pour une peche en mer ou que ce soit pour des questions sur la piscine. Il a toujours repondu avec beaucoup de sympathie. A notre sens la maison est idéalement située car nous apprecions la basse terre.Jespere de tout coeur pouvoir y faire un autre séjour Merci

Tout était parfait, de l'accueil au départ: l'emplacement, la vue, les équipements de la maison et surtout de la cuisine et la vaisselle pour 6! Seul petit bémol l'absence de barbecue mais c'était indiqué.

Un séjour agréable sur les hauteurs de Vieux habitants

Une jolie villa très bien équipée sur les hauteurs de la commune de Vieux Habitants. La description de l’annonce est conforme à la réalité. Tout est fait et soigneusement placé pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous n’avons manqué de rien sauf d’un barbecue.

Une semaine inoubliable

Une maison avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons vu tous les jours le coucher du soleil. Des propriétaires a l écoute ainsi que cedric le concierge. Nous avons passe une semaine superbe dans cette maison. Seul petit bémol le manque d un barbecue.

Emplacement parfait, vue magique et gîte très bien équipé.
