We had a wonderful stay here. The property owners were very friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was very clean and equipped with necessities. It felt like a safe area. Easy check in/check out. Restaurants and beach very close by in walking distance. If we come back to Vieques, we would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend booking a room here!

Esperanza Inn is only a few minutes walk from the main strip of restaurants and beaches, had great amenities (shared common space & kitchen, dipping pool, cats, Tyler’s killer coffee) and was very safe. Tyler and Suzanne went out of their way to offer us great recommendations, make us feel comfortable, and were easy to get in touch with. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend Esperanza Inn to anyone staying in Viques!

Tyler & Christine provided tremendous guidance to ensure we were experiencing all this beautiful island has to offer. I took my kids horse back riding for the first time, and not only was it a tremendous experience for them but we also got to ride along a few places that we wanted to see before we left, including the Black Sand Beach. The Bio Bay Tour was an amazing experience as well, from the bus ride into the forest, to the glowing bay, to the incredible night sky above. The Esperanza Inn provided us a beautiful and tranquil room to unwind and relax, allowing us to recharge for the following day. Not only were Tyler and Christine friendly and helpful, Tyler actually gave us a ride to some of the attractions of the island because he was heading out on errands at same time. I would highly recommend staying here and enhancing your experience of Vieques!

So close to everything, but still quiet.

The couple that is in charge bent over backwards for my sister and I. The rooms were clean and also had a cooler and 2 beach towels! They also offered us chairs to take to the beach with us! This was just off the main drag of Esparnza, so we didn't need a car. And because it is a block away, it is quiet at night.There were so many tours and restaurants that were so close by! I wish I booked 2 nights!

Vieques Island is wonderful. Highly recommend. Tyler was super helpful and great about accommodating and communicating. Wish we’d stayed many more nights. Lots of cat around property. Not inside. There is a dipping pool but I didn’t even get a look at it so can’t give much feedback. Nice, quaint property. No idea how many rooms but I think they all vary in size and how they are decorated. Would stay here again!

There’s much I can say about this lovely property! My husband and I were greeted by Tyler. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. Including giving us personal local recommendations. Our room was great! Quite authentic to the isle experience! It’s located less than a block from the water. Charming lodging with hospitable owner host who is knowledgeable about activities and local recommendations. What would make it much better is if the ceiling fans in the common areas could be fixed to run well since that room is not air-conditioned

Great place to stay in Vieques

It was very good. It’s a great place to stay, for people like me that want to enjoy the outside. Simple , cost effective…. most of us don’t need anything else . I just came from the Carbe Hilton which is 100 percent different but had more fun in Viewues . In summary - recommend it and will stay again .

The owners of the Esperanza Inn were extremely friendly. They took the time to explain the area and places to visit and eat. Our room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect as it was not on the main strip which is quite noisy. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.
