Vienna, we will be back!

Good location just a few streets away from the underground. Easy walk into town if that is your thing. Rooms are quirky & basic but have everything you need with comfortable beds. Surrounding area very quiet after 10pm.

I had a wonderful stay at Max Brown Hotel. I had 2 nights booked and I arrived very early in the morning. They allowed me to have an early check in for a very reasonable fee which was great after a long flight. Reception staff were very friendly, breakfast was fantastic and the location is great.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. My only issue is when I went to check out I had my bags packed in my room but I was unable to enter my room because the key card didn’t work. So I went down to the reception and he was missing for almost 30 min. I was on my way to the airport so it was an inconvenience to me and I also ended up having to pay my taxi driver for that 30 min extra he had to wait because of the reception issue. The bar tender was more than happy to help me and even tried but he was new to this job and didn’t have any knowledge of the desk and how to fix my card. So maybe give them that knowledge just in case.

Really cool, modern hotel. The location in the 5th district is fantastic, it's a very short walk from Pilgramgasse station and it's so easy to get there if you're taking the City Airport Train. The lobby was cool and modern, but the room we were in (second floor) did not match the Scandi-minimalist design that I see in the photos on the Expedia listing - the colour scheme was more black, red, and silver, and while the room itself was fine (beds were comfortable and the aircon worked fantastically), the hallways had some amusing bedazzled silver lizard figurines attached to the walls. The breakfast buffet was standard, but delicious. Guaranteed to start the day well-fed!

I was pleasantly surprised. This boutique hotel has a nice lobby and common areas. The rooms are beautiful decorated and the small size is good for 1 or 2 people. Close to transportation, U4 line is 4 blocks away and it takes 10 minutes and 2 stops away from Opera. There are no mini fridge or coffee in rooms, but coffee and water are available all day on dining area. Customer service is superb. They all were very nice and welcoming. There are 2 small elevators and a big group arrived during my stay, so I used the wide stairs. However, these need better lighting on upper floors. Breakfast was delicious and vast. I will definitely stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this boutique hotel interior. It’s very chic. The room is very nice and the small one is perfect for 2 people. The location is near by the tram, which in 2 stops it takes you to katplatz close to the Opera. The customer service was superb and the breakfast was vast and delicious, There is no coffee in the room, but you have access to expresso machine at the lobby. The downside is The lack of a small fridge. All Billa and Bipa & smaller shops are close on Sundays so it will be helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers.

Great location and lovely property. There was one man on reception on check in who wasn’t friendly, I’d gone on the trip to practise my German and upon check was told he had a headache and didn’t want to speak German or help and to just speak English. But he was very rude about it, all the the staff were extremely friendly and nice apart from the one person. The room and the hotel was stunning, however I went with my mum and we had a twin room, the twin room is 2 single beds and are not big enough for the average adult. I’m a 6ft 2 male and didn’t fit on. However the bed itself was very comfy, just not big enough. Other than that really liked the hotel and would stay there again
