Spacious rooms, close to everything in Vienna. The staff is especially welcoming, they even had a small cake for my mom's birthday in her room after cleaning it. Friendly place, friendly people.

Convenient, Clean and Functional.

Great location, a nice updated hotel, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We were a couple of blocks from one of the bus tours which makes it very convenient. Also close to restaurants and breakfast places outside the hotel. Close to metro station, easy to move around and good Wi-Fi connection.

Room was not as I was expected it to be photos very misleading The bathroom was so small and there where holes and cracks in the wall, carpet was very worn and none existent, had to go to reception and upgrade to another room was not happy about paying extra. This was meant to be a special break for me my girlfriend

I hung a sign for clean my room. Other parts were cleaned except the table was not wiped. Drinking water if you book the cheapest room You won't even get drinking water.

Easy walking distance from the train station and underground was even closer. Reception staff very friendly polite and extremely helpful, thank you so much Micheal, Elisabeth and Gregori. Rooms clean and spacious slightly too hot at times. Breakfast lots of lovely choices but over priced.
