Superb apartment (we had a junior suite), located 5/6 mins walk from a U bahn station and very accessible for central Vienna. Well stocked supermarket below the property, and lots of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended.

The studio apartment has a kitchenette with an induction stove, an oven and a small refrigerator. The bed is comfortable and the room was spotless. A gourmet grocery store is located adjacent to the property. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. The subway and tram are a 7 minute walk from the property. The cathedral is located about a 10 minute walk from the property. Ideal location and ideal hotel! This was my second stay here.

Great location. No in room laundry. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The configuration was not good. Rooms are dark. No paper towels in the kitchen. Room cleaning once in 3 days if you stay that long. Rooms are dark. Front reception folks are very nice. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is for the location and how nice the folks are. Otherwise this is a 3.5 stay.

This is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The small apartment is a great home base while on vacation. The neighborhood is safe and the property is located close to several dining options and Swedenplatz U-bahn station. Also, there is a Spar store located on the bottom floor for drinks, snacks, etc. The staff was great, particularly Axel. Very helpful and informative. Note, however, that this property does not have 24-hour reception. So, if you return to your room after hours, there won't be anyone at the front desk. This wasn't a big deal, but i couldn't figure out how to operate the thermostat in my apartment and it was a bit cold at night. Again, not that big of a deal, just something to keep in mind. There are two washers and dryers in the building basement. The price is €4 per load and detergent is provided. This was a huge plus for me. It's an easy walk from this property to St. Stephans Platz, shopping, Hofburg palace, etc. I'm glad we did not stay at St. Stephans Platz because there are simply too mant people in that area. I highly recommend My Place Premium Apartments!

We love the apartment. It was our second visit and would return. The suite was spacious. The staff helpful. The location was great. My only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom. It’s very dark. Hard to put my make up on.

This was the ideal location for our first visit to Vienna. It was very walkable with lots of good food options nearby and relatively close to the tourist sites. The room was efficiently laid out and had everything we needed. Fully functional kitchen, separate sitting place, large bathroom and plenty of storage.

Overall, the stay is quite satisfactory abeit some issues. The location is convenient. Most of the major places of interests are within walking distance ~5-15min. The neighborhood is quiet. The room is spacious. The bedroom and bathroom (wet-area) size are good. The toilet is located next to the entrance. So a bit inconvenient. Not a major concern. The kitchen is quite good. It is fully stock with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Adequate if you want to cook. There is a Nespresso machine with capsules for coffee. There's also a lounge (biz center, coffee, sitting area) plus a gym. Good! There is Laundry facilities in the basement (2x washing machine-need to paid, dryer-free) are adequate. Apt provide laundry powder. The front desk manager is very polite at check-in, and helpful in fixing our problem where the in-room safe failed to open w correct code. Not so nice: The housekeeping did not show up to clear garbage as requested (and promised by the front desk manager). So the garbage became smelly the 2nd day. This is a major issue.

the place is great in general. however there are 2 things I like to share. both are related to bathroom. the whole area for the bathroom is big but the shower area is very small and uncomfortable. I know it is not something to be fixed immediately, but maybe in future if the owner decide to do some renovation, think about that. the other item is about hair/body wash. it was so weird to me that one wash is used for both body and hair and no hair conditioner! maybe in Europe it is normal as in Canada and USA I have not seen it. Also, in the shower area there is no place to put your stuff like face wash or anything else! But I enjoyed my staying there. Thanks Safoora

Great location. We were able to check in early which was amazing! The first doorman did not tell us that the room key was required for electrical. There was no housekeeping. Had to wait and extra day and ask twice for pillows. You must ask them to hook up the television. Room was smaller than expected. Windows extremely dirty.
