Loved having a gym, a full kitchen and the room was perfect for us. Price was also reasonable. We were there in the fall so not having AC was not an issue. Loved it!

Hotel is well located, near good restaurants and public transport. Excellent breakfast, but if you’d prefer you can use the small kitchen in the apartment. But our 3 nights were in the summer, and the room has no air conditioning. Very hard to sleep. One of the beds was broken, but it was replaced after notifying the staff.

Stayed here because it was convenient to get to the stadium for a concert. Our double room was spacious and the staff was friendly, but our stay was brought down by the lack of air conditioning. The neighborhood is also quite boring and there was construction going on outside starting at 7am. Next time, I will stay in a hotel with AC.

Very nice property, missed the air con the first night even though a fan is provided. However understandable that there isn’t any air con due to the property running on entirely green energy which is amazing! And we got used to the heat. Shower was incredible and the beds were very comfy!

First off, what wasn’t clear to us when booking was that this is actually a student dormitory building that also functions as a hotel to the public (possibly because it’s summer break). We booked what was advertised as a two bedroom suite, but these were actually two single dorms connected by an entry way and bathroom. There was no living room or couch. Secondly, the street outside is under road construction so the tram line is not running. The nearest U Bahn station (Schottenring) is also under construction so trains are only running in one direction, making it quite inconvenient to get around from the hotel. More importantly, the road construction also started at 8 am on weekday mornings and was very loud from our street facing unit, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel staff did not warn us about this noise at all

Good place to stay with modest accommodations. The room was not very stylish, but it was very contemporary, clean and practical. There was not many common areas in the hotel to hang out or utilize other than the room in the lobby area unless you booked a private conference room
