The old building has high rooms and is bright and pleasantly cool in summer. There is a double bedroom, a walk-through room with kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and a living room. The apartment is on the courtyard side and is therefore very quiet.
The kitchen is fully equipped, towels, bed linen and WiFi are included and included in the rental price. Paid and on request: Pets (only on request).

Vienna Waehring is very beautiful, rather classy, above all very green, two large parks within walking distance, close to the beautiful cottage district, the street is a bit busy and offers good shopping opportunities.
