We travel quite a bit, and this was one of the top hotel stays we have ever experienced. The property, being recently renovated, is beautiful, tastefully appointed, and comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Mario, who met us at reception, and Elizabeth, our server at breakfast every day, were exceptional. They both were personable, helpful and greeted us by name. Elizabeth even remembered how my wife and I like our latte's from the first day! The hotel is fantastic, but the staff put it over the top!

This hotel is a 1930’s experience at best. There’s barely any space to move around in the room. There’s no air-conditioning. And the noise from the street goes on incessantly. I couldn’t get any sleep because I had to have the windows open because it is so stuffy especially when it’s really hot outside Because it’s located in the main thorough fare of Vienna there’s so much traffic late into the night of people and then in the early morning with vans delivering and garbage collection

This hotel has a perfect location in the center of Vienna. It is a smaller hotel with nice charm and a helpful staff. A nice breakfast is included. The only shortcomings are the boiled eggs were always hard boiled and served hot. I would have preferred soft boiled eggs. The bathrooms are small so if you are overweight it could be difficult to navigate. If iou are travelling in the summer note that this hotel is not air conditioned. I believe they have fans. Not an issue otherwise. I would definitely stay there again (except maybe not in July or August). Great staff.
