It's a very nice hotel near the U line so it was easy to get from the train station or continue on to the old town. The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was polite and professional.

I love the staff theyre nice and warm and friendly. The breakfast was great me and my family loves it. The room was spacious and i love the ceilings are high and there are picturesor wall displays that are so wonderful. We will recommend this hotel to our family and friends in new york city and Philippines. We will come back!

The front desk people were very nice. The subway from the train station was dropped me off a 1/4 block from the hotel. That same subway took right into the city center. Great location! I would stay here again!

I so enjoyed this hotel and its friendly staff. The room was spotless, modern, and larger than I'd expected, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. I'd booked it online as a reasonably priced option near the places I wanted to see, and I loved it. Great for walking and also close to public transportation. So nice to come home to. I recommend the Art Corner restaurant near the Schloss Belvedere for a fun and delicious dining experience.

The hotel is a marvelous island in a busy section of town, walking distance to Opera, Phylarmonic and museums. A marvelous spot with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the stay!

Close yo subway.Very convenient to visit many places by subway or on foot. Very nice staff. I remember Jerry Bautista, Basim and Alberto who were very pleasant and helpful. The other staff were very polite and helpful including the gentleman who booked a ticket for concert for me. The room was spacious and cleaned nicely everyday. Organized e.g. ordered a cake and it came as promised or booked airport transport which was there on time. They just need to update their airport transport fee on their website.
