The staff was great. Thank you! The front desk was very helpful with directions and tips for getting around the city. The breakfast service was great, too. I also loved its proximity to a subway stop and the canal, which I used for a morning run. The street could be kind of noisy and some people outside my hotel room were very loud on a Saturday night for several hours. The hotel and the staff exceeded my expectations. If only it had been more quiet!

Lovely staff, property is surrounded by eateries and restaurants. The old town and St Stephen’s cathedral are a short walk away. Just a generally lovely place to be on a trip to Vienna.

This was such a great place to stay in Vienna. It was very close to amazing restaurants and the beautiful sights of Vienna. As well as very convenient to get to Public transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly. It also helps that delicious dessert places are right around the corner. I would absolutely stay there again.

Service, location and amenities in no particular order. Hotel Capricorno has a lot to offer to their guests. From the easy check in to the hassle free check out. Assistance given with our suitcases being delivered to our room on the first day and then to the waiting taxi on our departure. A big thank you to the thoughtful breakfast team who always serves with a smile. And then we have Marco, Claudia, Angelika and Mathias from the Front desk who are always considerate and available to answer our queries. Dining and shopping options galore in the surrounding area. Stephenplatz square is a mere few minutes walk away but so much to see on the way there. If walking is not your thing, the metro U1 is just to the left of the hotel’s entrance which you can use to get to the train station if you are interested to go to Prague and Bratislava . The hotel staff can also assist with the Vienna Sightseeing hop on/ hop off bus tickets, the pick up spot is also to the left and across from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my return to Vienna. I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. The included breakfast from 6:30 am to 11 am was a perfect way to start the day plus who doesn’t want coffee and cakes at 3 pm to 6 pm.

Stayed two nights and was really impressed by just how nice, friendly, and professional all the staff were. Room was warm and clean, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is in a good spot for access to the centre plus a short walk from the CAT train to the airport.

Excellent 24 hour hotel with clean comfortable room and bed. Room had pillow treats which was a lovely touch. Everyone was so very polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a great choice. I’m a simple egg and toast person myself but I did enjoy the variety. Excellent location next to trams and underground station for the city and the main attractions. Very safe place, easy and relaxing too. Will definitely return.
