this apartment is great, updated, clean, and the beds are comfortable. the location of this apartment is about 10 minute car ride away from inner city. we did not have a chance to meet the apartment management, since we were visiting the city whole day during our stay, however they responded my email fast.

Checking in was a ridiculous, unnecessary ordeal.

We had received an email day before our stay, asking what time we would get there, and that the office person wouldn't be there after 1700, but we were on vacation and did not see until we were 10 mins away from the apts. We arrived there at 1640. I responded to them with this info. When we did get there, no one was in the office. We had no phone service there and allcontact had to be done through email. I replied to them where is your employee? They said she would be there in 10 mins, 40 mins later she finally shows up, we're quite put out at this point! She offered no apology or reason why they werent there???? Why weren't they there during normal working hours? Parking is a tiny, tiny space, so if you have a big car dont even try it.. Having said all of this, the room was fantastic! Clean, roomy, and the AC was a welcome relief from the dreadful heat. They had a washing machine too so it actually made up for the crappy employee service. There was also a problem signing onto their internet. When your tired and just want to go to your room, and relax, youndont want to have to wait for office personnel to come do their jobs.
