Couldnt Check in

I cant Check in because i Never get an link zu Check in. Me and my man were waiting one Hour in Front of the Hotel. The Telefon number doesnt work and no one was There to kontakt. The costumer Service can Not help us. So we checkt in in an Other Hotel. My Money is gone for nothing.
