Die Wohnung war sauber , gut aufgeteilt und eingerichtet . Der Fahrstuhl ist zwar etwas klein , aber man kommt sicher oben an ;-) Die Anbindung an den ÖPV ist sehr gut .

De verhuurder was erg aardig en behulpzaam
De verhuurder heeft veel kennis over de stad en deelt deze graag. We werden op ons gemak gesteld en hij was vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het appartement was netjes en komt overeen met de plaatjes op de website. Samenvattend een heel fijn verblijf, zeker aan te raden.

Ein toller Aufenthalt
Wir waren zu Zweit inkl. Auto/Fahrräder für zwei Tage in diesem tollen, äußerst gepflegten, zu einem Appartmenthaus umgebauten, charmanten Altbau. Dieser ist in Hernals, einem citynahen Stadtteil Wiens, inmitten einem vornehmlichen Wohnbezirk gelegen. Füßläufig erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten Supermärkte, Restaurants und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Das Appartment ist nicht nur tiptop sauber, es ist ebenfalls perfekt ausgestattet-uns fehlte es an nichts.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und immer gut zu erreichen.
Wer immer eine sehr gepflegte, üppig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung sucht und nicht zwingend die zentral gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in greifbarer Nähe benötigt und auch nicht stolze Hoteltarife bezahlen möchte, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
Tipp: Falls Euch die Garage zur Unterstellung Eures PKWs angeboten wird, so nehmt dieses Angebot an. Parken in Wien über einen längeren Zeitraum ist für Auswärtige nicht erlaubt. Die Garage ist für drei/vier Fahrzeuge vorgesehen und bietet viel Platz für gegebenenfalls Fahrräder.

Alles wunderbar.
Appartment war wunderbar. Lage war sehr gut: schön ruhig und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und von dort alles problemlos erreichbar. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
