Casa Salient by Totiaran; fabulous Family home in Casarilh town

Welcome to your dream getaway in the beautiful Aran Valley! This stunning mountain house, located in Casarilh, in the heart of the Pyrenees, is the perfect place for unforgettable holidays with family and friends.



Casa Salient is a magnificent single-family house located in the village of Casarilh, 12 km from Baqueira, and 10 minutes by car from the Baqueira Beret Ski Station, and just 5 minutes from the centre of Vielha. It is the ideal place to enjoy with family as it has a capacity for 16 people with living rooms and a garden.



Casa Salient is a 270 m² dwelling distributed across four floors and a basement-garage. From the main door, you access the entrance hallway, where there is a wardrobe for hanging jackets. Next, there is a complete bathroom with a shower tray, which also houses the washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor, you will enjoy a comfortable living room with sofas and a fireplace opposite to enjoy the warmth, with an extendable dining table that can seat up to 12 people. This entire area has plenty of natural light because it has a terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen area is next to the dining room and is fully equipped.



Going up from the entrance, we have a second floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the same floor, there are two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bunk bed plus an individual bed. The bathroom serving these two bedrooms is complete and with a bathtub.



Following upstairs is the third floor where you will find a lounge with sofas and an enormous cinema-style TV. Then there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds; both share a full bathroom with a glass shower screen.

At the top, you have 2 double sofa beds, each 150, and there is also a single bed.



On the -1 floor, there is the parking area and the ski storage room.



In addition to its interior and exterior comforts, this house is conveniently located near a variety of outdoor activities, from hiking and cycling to skiing and snowboarding in winter. It is also close to charming villages and local restaurants, where you can enjoy the delicious gastronomy of the region.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.

However, upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a single-dose manual dishwasher, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Note: Internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
