Was a nice stay with the exception of noise coming from the adjacent rooftop HVAC system. The sound kept waking us up. High pitch squeaking and squealing. Staff were friendly.

Very dated and needs upgrades, Ice machine on floor not working was told to go to the next floor and it also was not working, electrical outlets by bed was worn out so when plugging in would be very loose, wear marks in tub, parking roof was extremely low that liftgate hit it and dented it. Not impressed for a Crowne plaza chain.

Room was not serviced the first day. Had pre purchased breakfast buffet, we were not able to use it the last day and we asked if we could use it on the second day. We had 2 guests and it was my brother’s birthday. It was near the end of the buffet service and there was plenty of food. It was going to be wasted, could have easily allowed us to use the buffet tickets. Seemed very reasonable, and we could have been accommodated.

Had to switch rooms at 1am due to bed bug scare. Hotel stated it wasn’t a bed bug but it looked like it. I even googled what they look like and the pictures matched. No compensation for the inconvenience of moving rooms in the middle of the night. I’ll be sure to spend my money elsewhere in the future.

Hotel is located right down town Kitchener. Beds were comfy and rooms were relatively clean. The pool was cold and could use a good clean. But it was a good price and worked well for our 1 night stay

With an unusually cold weekend or room had NO heat. NOTHING. Front Desk advised heat was already turned off for the year and air conditioning only was available!!! They provided a small space heater that was still inadequate. Slept with my hoodie on! Insane. I complained that one of my windows that opened to a rooftop would not lock. Was advised it would be looked into. Nothing done. Did not feel secure. Both unacceptable.
