The Prestige Oceanfront Resort was exactly what we needed. It was resort in all its definitions. Happy Hour at the Vault was awesome. Dinner at the West Coast Grill was amazing and sitting on the patio reading a book having a beverage was so relaxing. Seeing the family of seals playing on the beach and sun in on the rocks was simply the best. Oh and the room was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely return.

There were small kids runnin around slamming doors until 11pm. I called desk and nothing done. Finally went to desk at 10.30pm to complain. The noise was next to our room. They finally talked to someone. It was like i was bothering the staff. Will never stay there again . Nice place but after paying almost $900.00 for 2 nights. I should have been treated better. Next mornin no apologies . Like it was no big deal what happed night before. Would not recccomend stayin where they let kids control the building

Absolutely beautiful property and location. The pool could use a spruce up. Beware if you get a view room on the first floor that the lobby, outdoor seating area, and restaurant are all outside your window/balcony. We ended up keeping the blinds shut as otherwise we were on display for the hotel guests to observe. It spoiled our time. Otherwise, the room was clean and nicely decorated, elegant. Inwould go back but would ask about the room.

Almost Perfect

Not giving this hotel 5 stars seems wrong but I have stayed other places that were easier to settle into. I was staying with my daughter and teenage granddaughter. The property and staff were amazing but there were a few things I would have liked... No hand-held shower. The coffee pot was replaced with an expresso machine and small cups. No freezer in the mini fridge. The high ceilings were noisy. Having said that I didn't enquire about the room so there may have been other options. I was told that 2 of the floors have lower ceilings. For as new and beautiful as this hotel was, we couldn't figure out where to put things. It didn't seem to have the right spaces. I think the room was designed more for beauty than comfort.
